June Scrap Map @ CCW

I cannot believe we are in June already, where is the year going?

Anyway we are off on holiday soon and I cannot wait for our first family holiday with us all. Will make sure I take lots of pictures and get scrapping as I know there are some fab collections coming into Creative Craft World over the next few weeks which would be brilliant for some holiday pictures.

Anyway onto the Scrap Map challenge over at Creative Craft World challenge blog, its a brilliant scrap map designed by Sue,

I twisted the LO abit to get my LO done, the picture is one from my honeymoon in the Maldives. Words cannot explain our beautiful and relaxing it was there, I'd go back tomorrow if I could but won't be going for a while with 2 littlies to look after.

 

I was asked if the borders were washi tape but they are actually rub ons from a heidi grace collection I've had for ages.

February Scrap Map @ CCW

Another day and another scrap map over at Creative Craft World, and another one I have managed to complete and to be honest am quite pleased with it again, am getting back into scrapping again so am finding LO's are getting abit easier and mojo is slowly coming back.

This is the scrap map: 




















I love this picture of Poppy as this is when she first starting sitting on her own and at the time this was her favourite toy, poor thing has been demoted to the cupboard now.

 

I have used scraps of Echo Park Be Mine collection pack, finally a year after it was released I think I have finally used it all up, have done loads of projects with them so they are really good value for money. 

This is the embellishments in the top corner of my LO, this is the first time I have done this as normally think things look abit silly just stuck to the top of a LO but actually I think I may have been wrong. This is something new which I will be trying again so keep an eye on upcoming LO's and see when I do decide to use this idea again.

These are the embellishments to the bottom corner of the picture. The badges are from American Crafts and I have had these in my stash for ages but finally found a use for them.







Anyway I hope you like my LO and be lovely to see you have a go at the scrap map, remember you dont have to copy it completely.

December Scrap Map at CCW

Well today launches december's scrap map over at Creative Craft World Challenge Blog,

Here is the map to give you some inspiration:

 Here is my take on the sketch, not having any mojo for alot of 2011 i've struggled with making LO's or anything to be honest so I am finally making some progress with the crafting, although not perfect its a start and just grateful I am doing something crafty again. 

This is a picture of my daughter at 9months old with her adoring Grandad, she is the apple of his eye and inseperable when they are together :) 

Here's hoping I can get back into crafting and make some good LO's again soon.
