Ive managed a LO....

...and to be honest I am really pleased with it. This LO I have been wanting to make for ages and struggled to find the right LO so imagine my delight when I found a scrap lift over at the XOXO blog - thank you so much ladies.

This is the day that the Gruffalo Trunki arrived and my darling daughter would not leave him alone and even tried to feed him biscuits.

Anyway here it is:

I have even managed to use my sewing machine, I sewed a large circle straight onto the stonehenge bazzill and then decided one circle wasnt enough so I carried on until I had 3.

Then came the decorating. For the paper I used some from EP A walk in the park collection pack - yes still ploughing through that one too. The flowers are petaloo ones and the leaves came from a box of papermania poinsettias which I haven't used as yet.

Instead of the dragonfly I used butterflies which were punched with the X-cut dimensional butterfly punch and I just cut it out the paper.

Hope you like it. I am entering it into the XOXO girls March challenge sponsored by Candy Shoppe Designs

Managed another LO

I have managed to make another LO today, well I finished it today, I was half way through yesterday when Poppy woke up so I had to leave it and finish it today. I have been inspired by the XOXO girls again and this time by Lisa Harrolle. Anyway this is my LO: This is taken last summer when the little lady was 6 months old and just starting to eat food, this is her munching away on a rich tea. I love this picture because it shows of her beautiful big eyes which she gets from her daddy, which is a good thing to get from him as my eyes are what I call piggy eyes. I have used echo park be mine collection pack, never realised how far a collection pack goes before now. Anyway I would like to enter it into the competition over at the XOXO blog sponsored by Candy Shoppe Designs
